Wakarla is a range of Australian Designed and Australian Made Tee Shirts and Tanks.

The designs are by Jason Coulthard an Artist working out of Newcastle in New South Wales.
Here are Jason's words in describing his brand Wakarla.
Wakarla means Crow in my Adnyamathanya Language.
I love crow's because they are super cheeky and clever. However they have a deeper significance to Indigenous peoples around the world.
Stories describe Crow's as the carrier of souls between our world to the Spirit world.
My label is inspired by my heritage, the Adnyamathanha nation宛如造句 , of the Flinders Rangers悲情江湖路 , South Australia.
My language is ancient and fast disappearing my family are the only 20 living speakers.
My designs depict the land至美前程 , creatures and forces of nature that dwell in my homelands. My Art is honours the living breathing beauty of this nation.
Each design is hand drawn and digitally manipulated uniquely.
Each Artwork takes a lot of planning and drawing.
I use the best digital printing or screen printing available on AS Colour T-shirts and other quality and ethically sourced merchandise.
