同学们一定知道在美国看病的费用相当昂贵福宝古镇, 所以很多学生在生病后不愿意及时就医。Dallas Baptist University 为同学们准备了超实用的医保：F-1 签证学生需被强制购买医保。有了这个医保，同学们看病的费用会大幅度降低。了解DBU 学生健康医保计划对于同学们来说是很重要的一件事蛇谷奇兵 ，在这里DBU 华人学生会为同学们编写了简单医保信息、供大家参考家在洹上，希望同学们浏览之后有所收获。
Medical insurance is required for all F-1 visa international students at Dallas Baptist University. Enrollment in the mandatory Dallas Baptist University plan is automatic at the time of registration, and thecost of theinsurancewill appear on your student account as semester student insurance.
The fall insurance premium appears on the fall semester student account; the premiums for spring and summer coverage are combined on the spring semester student account. If summer is your first semester, a summer charge will be applied to your student account. Health coverage is provided through Academic Health Plans. In addition to health insurance怎样治早泄, the student policy covers medical evacuation and repatriation of remains in case of death. Thecomplete insurance brochure is available atAcademic Health Plans.
Health insurance purchased from a private company will not be accepted in lieu of the mandatory DBU student insurance policy. The insurance advisor will evaluate previously existing policies on a case by case basis. Please see the links below for information about health insurance waivers.
Dependent Insurance: If you need insurance for a dependent living with you here in the U.S., contact the Cashier's Officefor information.

a. 如果你是第一次使用DBU学生健康医保去看医生，请先去学校Casher Office 确认你的医保信息并获得医保单。（以下为医保单样图）
b. 查询学生保险信息网站（dbu.myahpcare.com) 能够帮助同学们找医生或者医院, 然后根据医院信息去预约医生孟丹青 。虽然DBU学生的健康医保适用于DFW地区的绝大部分医院和诊所，但如果同学们心里有想去的医院，还是请记得在预约医生前联系医院、确认一下学校的医保是否适用于这家医院或你想看的医生。
c. 同学们在校的医保单到手以后呢，请在网站 www.uhcsr.com 上免费注册个人账户，在网站里可以向医保公司提出将医保卡邮寄到你住址来的要求、以便日后使用（医李进良 保卡适用期限一般为一学年度）姬天语 。同学们还能在个人账户里看到你就诊以后医保报销等重要的信息谢若林 。

1) 下图为医保卡，就医时可以携带此卡去看病和买药；
详情请登录www.sr.unitedhealthallies.com 查询 Health Discount Program 的眼科，牙科折扣情况。
同学们注册了医保个人账号后杜源生，医保公司会将第一张卡附带着第二张卡给你寄过来。
